Yes, you must be over 32 years of age to purchase a subscription.

There is a minimum of 3 months subscription for new members. There is no maximum term after that new member period. You can subscribe for as long as you want it or cancel anytime.

LUJO’s subscription service provides complete peace of mind – vehicles are always under warranty, comprehensively insured, maintained and serviced under the duration of their subscription. Roadside assistance is also included.

Each car and subscription is different. In general there are a minmum of 4 and maximum of 6 shares per car giving each subscribers approximately 22.5 days of use in the first new member joining period.

You will need to provide:

● 100 points of identification;

● Proof of residential address;

● Bank statement(s) from the last 90 days showing proof of income and ongoing expenses;

● A credit card for the mandatory deposit during the term of your subscription;

● Copy of valid full driver’s licence; and

● Pay the first months fee via credit card or your preferred pay later provider

The despot applicable depends on the subscription and car you choose.

Our most affordable supercar requires a $4,000 deposit applied to a valid credit card for the duration of your subscription.

All LUJO vehicles are equipped with the latest state-of-the-art tracking software and a 360 degree dash cam recorder.

The cars are hardwired with electronics that monitor the cars telemetry in real-time.

If any anti-social or dangerous driving is recorded the car will be immediately immobilised, the subscriber will void their deposit and depending on the severity police int he local area will be notified.

No. Only the subscriber is the nominated driver of the car.

If anyone else is found to be driving the car, you will risk having your deposit voided.

As part of your monthly fee, LUJO pays to insure approved drivers. If an accident or damage occurs during the Subscription Period or results from your use of the Vehicle, you must immediately notify LUJO and follow all instructions given by LUJO.

The insurance excess may be payable, but if the cost of repair is cheaper, we will work with you on appropriate alternatives.

If your nominated and subscribed to car has been in an accident or has to go under any unscheduled repairs or urgent maintenance that would require the car to be off the road for longer than 48 hours, then you would be liable for a refund of the remainder of your months subscription.
